  • Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please select your items carefully and refer to our sizing guide for assistance with fit and measurements.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • Report Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at

    Provide details and photos of the issue.
  • Resolution: We will review the issue and, if it meets our criteria for error, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Beyond Belief.
